Terms of Service

The agreement between us

Priority Care Therapy is a supervised training platform. These terms describe how you may use the platform, what you consent to when you receive training care, and the limits of telehealth. Please read them alongside our Privacy Statement.

About this platform

Priority Care Therapy is a graduate training platform that connects clients with supervised interns. Sessions are delivered by pre-licensed clinicians working under a licensed supervisor. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service alongside our Privacy Statement.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or have consent from a legal guardian) and reside in a state where your assigned intern is authorized to train. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. We may suspend accounts that show signs of misuse, impersonation, or unsafe behavior.

Informed consent to training care

You understand and consent that your care is provided by an intern in training, that your progress notes are reviewed and co-signed by a licensed supervisor, and that de-identified case discussion is a standard part of supervised training. You may withdraw consent and end services at any time; some records must still be retained per applicable state and program requirements.

Telehealth disclaimers

Telehealth sessions depend on stable internet, a private environment, and a device you control. Technology can fail; if a session is interrupted, your intern will attempt to reconnect and, if needed, reschedule. Telehealth is not appropriate for medical or psychiatric emergencies. If you are in crisis or at risk of harm to yourself or others, call or text 988, dial 911, or go to your nearest emergency department.

Not a substitute for emergency or medical care

The platform does not provide crisis response, medication management, diagnosis for legal or forensic purposes, or medical services. Nothing on Priority Care Therapy is intended to replace care from a licensed physician, psychiatrist, or emergency provider.

Acceptable use

You agree not to record sessions without written consent from every participant, not to share another person's protected health information, not to attempt to bypass access controls or the row-level security that scopes records to your role, and not to use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm others. Automated scraping, reverse engineering, and probing for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure are prohibited.

Payments and membership

Core membership is billed monthly at the price shown at checkout. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case and are not guaranteed. Session cancellations and reschedules follow the windows shown in the app.

Content and clinical records

You retain ownership of the personal content you submit (mood entries, messages you author). Clinical progress notes are authored by your intern and co-signed by a supervisor and are maintained by the program as part of your clinical record. You may request a copy of your record by emailing privacy@priority-care.life.

AI assistance

SOAP note drafting may be assisted by an AI model using a de-identified prompt. AI output is not a clinical decision and is always reviewed by a human intern and co-signed by a licensed supervisor before it enters your record.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Priority Care Therapy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use, technology failures, or your reliance on any content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination

You may end your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, unsafe conduct, or program requirements. Retention of clinical records after termination follows applicable state law and program policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the program evolves. Material changes will be surfaced in the app or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
